After reports of displeasure with the government by Chairman People's Party Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif took notice of this and soon the Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar has been instructed to meet with Bilawal Bhutto Zardari to remove the concerns. People's Party says that the PML-N government has failed to fulfill its promises. Refusing to divulge the details of the agreements, he said that his party was not being respected mainly for being a government ally. As if the federal government did not take some decisions by taking the allies into confidence. They are also not satisfied with the formation of constitutional benches. It remains to be seen how the Deputy Prime Minister addresses their concerns.
The federal government is planning to build  six different canals from the river Indus. The Darya Bachao movement has also started on this. Although the top leadership of the People's Party has not given any strong statement on it, the leader of the People's Party, Arslan Sheikh, who belongs to Sukkur, has said in a statement that the support of the federal government It does not mean that a compromise should be made on the water of Sindh. The Muslim League-N cannot keep the People's Party angry and neither can they tolerate each other's anger. Therefore, even the biggest difference appears to be minor. Because finally Mian Nawaz Sharif and President Asif Ali Zardari are there to find a final solution to all such differences. The top leadership of both sides has a flexible attitude towards each other.
People's Party has got the majority in the municipal by-elections. People's Party has won more representatives in all the districts. Other parties have expressed reservations on this. Tehreek-e-Insaf and Jamaat-e-Islami are not satisfied with the election results. Nationalist parties of Sindh have also opposed the extraction of more canals from the Indus River, but they have not tried to establish their position in the local elections. Supporters of nationalist parties are scattered, they can gather for a protest and act as a pressure group, but their success in electoral politics is not visible. They take part in all the issues of Sindh province, but they are not an effective political force in the election.
Chief Minister Sindh has made great efforts to improve his performance. One of these successful efforts was a lively discussion on the Carbon Care Project on the Indus Delta at the Environmental Conference in Baku, Azerbaijan. The Indus Delta can play an important role in improving the environment.
The decision to seek help from Russia to revive the steel mills is also significant. Steel Mills was a profitable enterprise in 2008, after which it started to decline and within two years it turned into a non-performing project. 22 billion corruption was exposed, the finance director and CEO of this institution faced imprisonment and lawsuits. The pension fund of the employees of the steel mills was also used, after that the mill was completely shut down from 2014.  It will have to be regenerated. The support from Russia is being welcomed by civil society because it was launched with the help of Russia.
A tough time is about to begin for the MQM as one of their long-time associates and former governor Ishratul Ibad Khan is launching a new political party called Meri Pehchaan Pakistan. Although he is starting it from Islamabad, his main and primary target will be the electorate of Karachi.
Dr. Ishratul Ibad Khan will soon reach Islamabad and start a new political journey. So far, no important person has shown his commitment to him. Dr. Ishratul Ibad Khan was the governor of Sindh for fourteen years, his time was the time of MQM's power, he was a very powerful governor during the time of General Pervez Musharraf. At the same time, many of MQM's own workers were killed, Baldia factory incident happened, May 12 tragedy happened, lawyers were burnt in Karachi, Benazir Bhutto's murder was surrounded by fire in the entire province. Of course, questions about these events will follow him.
Index is making record in market shares. But the business community is expressing difficulties.
The 12th edition of the country's exhibition on Defence has begun and this time delegates are coming in record numbers. More than 50 countries have become a part of it. The theme of the use of modern technology is prominent in the Ideas exhibition as IT and drone technology have made a splash around the world. It is being fully demonstrated in recent wars between Russia, Ukraine and Israel, Iran and Lebanon. Artificial Intelligence is also playing an important role in targeting. The outlook for future wars also seems to be changing. Along with army, navy and air force, cyber force has also become integral. With this defence exhibition, Pakistan can find ways to achieve success in defence diplomacy and defence economy.
It can be hoped that the political and military leadership of Pakistan will formulate a strategy considering public support as a necessity for defence of the country.

Quetta, the capital of Balochistan, was targeted by terrorism and a suicide blast took place at the Quetta railway station. It becomes easy for terrorists to target such places where people rush. This terrorism has mourned the whole country. IG Police Railways has given orders for security alert at all railway stations of the country. By the way, there is a security alert situation in Pakistan all the time and the entire nation should work together to deal with terrorists. The National Action Program should be completed in any case. No city of Pakistan is out of their target and neither does the terrorist see who has what creed, cast, color and race.
Pakistan is facing challenges like terrorism, extremism and separatism, for that, efforts should be made to control the situation politically. The path to recovery of Pakistan's economy can be fully paved only when the path of political stability is adopted.
Chinese residents have been attacked once again in the city of Karachi. This is the most worrying thing, the country that is investing in Pakistan is being targeted by terrorists. The conversation between the Deputy Prime Minister, the Foreign Minister at an event in Islamabad was considered offensive by the Chinese ambassador and reacted to it at the same time. Government ministers should have a careful discussion in this regard.
The supplementary stages of local body elections in Sindh will be completed on November 14. The number of polling stations for ten local body seats in Karachi has been set at 167. Jamaat-e-Islami leadership has alleged that the provincial government is making arrangements for pre-poll rigging. Transparency should be taken into account in this regard.
Door-to-door election campaign is conducted in the election for representation in the local bodies. People take a lot of interest in it, so they also have a close look at the results of this election. If any irregularity is noticed in it, it is pointed out immediately. The people of Karachi still remember the drama of the Mayor Karachi election. Therefore, the administration should not take any action that would further undermine the credibility of the election.
Tehreek-e-Insaaf leaders held a press conference at the Karachi Press Club and expressed their concerns that there were problems in the coverage of the press conference they hold at the Insaf House. So now we have chosen Karachi Press Club. We hope that this time there will be no attempt to stop our coverage in the media.
It is very worrisome and a threat to democracy that a political party raises the question that its news is being forcibly withheld. Media institutions have always faced difficulties but efforts are made to overcome these difficulties in some way.  what has been done here should not be ignored.
After the 26th constitutional amendment, constitutional benches are being created in the high courts of the country. The resolution was passed in the Sindh Assembly and the work of making the constitutional bench active has started, but the question has been raised regarding several cases of the Sindh High Court that the process of the cases that will be transferred to the constitutional bench has not been completed yet. The cases are seeking transfer to the Constitution Bench. During the hearing of the case against the Board of Revenue, the lawyer had also raised the objection. The cases that are to be transferred to the Constitution Bench should be determined immediately, along with this, it is also of interest that the 26th Constitutional Amendment has been challenged in the High Courts and how it will be heard in the Constitution Bench itself. An amendment against him may be heard in the Full Court.

Regarding the retired employees, their problems are increasing while unemployment has already increased to a great extent, the retired employees who have been serving in federal institutions were allotted houses in Karachi, now the government  wants to get back from them, the MQM leadership has expressed concerns that in this way senior citizens will become homeless. Pakistan lacks a coherent and fair policy on government transport and accommodation. Therefore, the use of these two facilities is wrong and problems also arise. In this regard, the policy should be fair.

New records  have been established in the stock exchange. Now it seems that this index will cross the psychological limit of 100,000. It should be hoped that this will have a positive impact on the country's economy, which has not yet come.

The privatization of PIA has been criticized from all sides, but there has also been a bit of a joke, especially with the provinces showing interest in buying the airline. The Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa gave a statement and then the video of Mian Nawaz Sharif was released from America.
In fact, it is a national asset, but it was treated the same way as other national assets were treated in different periods of government. The Federal Ministry of Privatization was responsible for the privatization of PIA, but the seriousness aspect was neglected in the way this process was done. A real estate group even advertised it well on its TV channel and tried lobbying but was stingy in bidding for Pakistan's national brand, hence the case became a joke. The federal government should take note of this.
PIA has assets worth more than ten billion in Karachi. It was better for the federal government to sell PIA through Stock Exchange. In order to make the public a shareholder, still the federal government should sell the shares of PIA through the stock exchange, increasing the number of private directors will improve corporate governance.
At the Karachi Press Club, the Indus River Saving Conference was held, progressive leader Zain Shah criticized the Government of Pakistan and especially the President for planning to drain six more canals from Sindh. While the Arsa Act is also being amended, he was of the view that less water than Sindh is falling into the sea due to which a large part of the land is being exposed to the sea. An indication has been given to run a movement for this, thus GDA has also spoken about protecting the water of Sindh. The provincial government started the reconstruction of Sukkur Barrage a few days ago, seven canals originate from Sukkur Barrage which irrigate the lands of Sindh.
The reason for the land of Sindh to be seaward is that the river does not flow throughout the year. For this, it is necessary to build dams so that the water flow in the river continues throughout the year. Attention should be paid to securing the Indus Delta, where the Indus River joins the sea. Progressive leader Zain Shah also criticized the 26th constitutional amendment, which he believed sought to undermine the independence of the judiciary.
A resolution has been passed in the Sindh Assembly under Article 202 of the Constitution under which a constitutional bench will also be formed in the High Court. 123 members of People's Party and MQM supported it as if MQM did not discuss it even though it was in the opposition in the Sindh Assembly as per its federal policy.
Jamaat-e-Islami and Sunni Ittehad Council (Tehreek-e-Insaf) opposed this resolution. In any assembly, if the members do not debate and discuss a resolution, bill or act, but put a stamp of approval on it, then it does not fulfill the requirements of democracy. The party policy should at least be such that the members should be free to express their opinions.
Jamaat-e-Islami Ameer Hafiz Naeem-ur-Rehman has severely criticized the current government and termed Mian Nawaz Sharif's victory from Lahore National Assembly constituency as doubtful. He says that if Form 45 is decided regarding the election, then the current system will not be able to stand. The present ruler and style of governance is a burden.
Two billion are being spent on the planes of the President and the Prime Minister. According to recent reports, the Prime Minister of Pakistan and his delegation have stayed in expensive hotels during their visit to Saudi Arabia.
President Asif Ali Zardari, who is in Dubai on a private visit where his stay has been extended by a sprained foot, public opinion is that the President should have no problem returning by his special plane. Because they can be treated better in Pakistan.
The US elections have started and the impact of its results in Pakistan is under discussion, many people are of the opinion that in case of Donald Trump's victory, there will be a change in the US policy towards Pakistan.

After the 26th Constitutional Amendment was passed by the National Assembly and the Senate, the President signed it and its implementation began. In this regard, the Chief Justice of Pakistan was appointed, Justice Yahya Afridi became the new Chief Justice of the country. Two petitions have been filed against the 26th constitutional amendment. Constitutional petitions have been filed in the Supreme Court and the Sindh High Court. Tehreek-e-Insaaf has also announced its participation in the Supreme Judicial Commission, while the Chief Justice has also included the two senior judges in the committee. Thus, the situation is turning out to be slightly different from what the government allies thought before the amendment was passed. Both the senior judges have not resigned but are ready to work.
Similarly, when the 27th constitutional amendment was heard, Speaker National Assembly, Sindh Chief Minister and Rana Sanaullah expressed their ignorance of such a program.
In the meantime, PML-N President Mian Nawaz Sharif left for abroad, so there were various reports about him that he might stay in London for a long time. He did not get the Prime Ministership, but he legally assumed the leadership of the party. He also formed the government of his party. The federal government and the province of Punjab are being governed only by their guidance.
Outgoing Chief Justice Qazi Faiz Isa also left the country the day after his retirement. His impression was not good in the public, but there are many rumors about him, he had not spoken in this regard in advance.
A constitutional bench will be formed in the Supreme Court, then the hearing will begin on the petitions filed against the 26th constitutional amendment. Constitutional Benches will be formed in the Supreme and High Courts. Former Speaker Sindh Assembly Agha Siraj Durrani has also said that a resolution should be brought soon to create a constitutional bench in the Sindh High Court.
Agha Siraj Durrani is facing a case of amassing assets beyond  sources. The hearing of his case has been adjourned till November 11.
The Chief Minister of Sindh has proposed to end the caretaker setup from the election. He has said that there is no benefit in the caretaker setup. Chief Minister Sindh is right that till date caretaker set-up has not helped in the election of Pakistan but it is used as political bribe and the caretaker ministers leave the story of this corruption.
A huge wheat import scandal took place in the recent caretaker setup. In which the name of the former caretaker prime minister came up again and again and he was asked many questions in the media, but he could not be satisfied with his answers. In light of the Sindh Chief Minister's proposal, the Election Commission of Pakistan will have to be empowered for the election.  Election Commission must be more independent to keep the government to avoid rigging. In  neighboring country India, and  in many other countries there is no concept of care taker set up before election. This additional burden should be  lifted, Pakistan should also avoid this futile political exercise. And election reforms should be done further,  it is necessary to eliminate political influence from the Election Commission, while other influential institutions and individuals can also influence on election process. The Sindh Chief Minister's proposal should be debated in the House, but the 26th Constitutional Amendment was not given a chance to be debated in the Majlis Shura.
October 27 was observed as Black Day in relation to Kashmir. October 27, 1947 was the dark day when India entered Kashmir after the partition of India.
In order to harm the nascent state of Pakistan, India did many things at the behest of Great Britain, due to which Pakistan remained weak. Non-return of assets, massacring of refugees was a well-thought-out conspiracy.
On October 24, 1947, Kashmiris announced the formation of Azad Jammu and Kashmir state, at that time Sardar Ibrahim was leading the Kashmiris. October 24, was celebrated as Jammu and Kashmir Independence Day.
The problem of Kashmir is unresolved because India wants its monopoly over the waters of Kashmir . India has massacred Kashmiris to control the water of Kashmir. The struggle of Kashmiris has been going on for decades, but India is not ready to give the right of self-determination to Kashmiris.
Pakistan's political parties also did not make a good decision by setting up their party offices in Kashmir, Pakistan is the advocate of Kashmiris. Whichever federal government is in Pakistan, that party is determined to form its own government in Kashmir and undemocratic tactics were used. This was an unfair move. Kashmiris are not getting a good impression from what is being expressed from Islamabad. Pakistan should make a better Kashmir policy than India. India has deployed troops in the occupied valley, but our governments consider it their success to rule in Kashmir.
Pakistan has assured political, moral and diplomatic support for the Kashmir cause. The Kashmir Committee has not been formed in the Parliament yet. This time, suitable people should be selected for the Kashmir Committee so that they can better represent the position of Kashmiris at international forums.

The People's Party and especially Bilawal Bhutto Zardari have played an important role in the approval of the 26th Constitutional Amendment by the National Assembly and the Senate. He has also been appreciated in the assembly for his services. Bilawal Bhutto Zardari played a very active role in getting the constitutional amendment passed and at the same time ran the lance of criticism. He used the word black snake for former Chief Justice Iftikhar Chaudhry that he was a black snake around the Eighteenth Amendment.

Surprisingly, the Speaker National Assembly did not declare the words spoken regarding the former Chief Justice as unparliamentary words and did not ask to delete them from the proceedings. If the Parliament believes that the former Chief Justice took unconstitutional steps, then he should be impeached. He should be stripped of his title and post-retirement privileges if he is found to have acted unconstitutionally. In this regard, the leadership of the People's Party should not end the matter by simply abusing him, but should bring it to an end. By the way, Mian Nawaz Sharif started a movement for the restoration of Iftikhar Chaudhry, General Pervez Kayani supported this movement behind the scenes because he was trying to  weaken General Pervez Musharraf, this was proved by later events. On These words of Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, the Muslim League-N remained silent.
In the constitutional amendment, Maulana Fazlur Rehman skillfully explained many things to the government, which will indirectly benefit Tehreek-e-Insaf as well. The issue of extending the tenure of the current Chief Justice Qazi Faiz Isa has ended and instead of the Constitutional Court, the Constitution Bench has been settled. It will help the current coalition government to strengthen its grip on the judiciary. But in the future, if the same government is in the opposition, there will be difficulties for them, so this amendment is only beneficial for the ruling party. Similarly, the 18th amendment also benefits the ruling party in the province even today. The opposition or the people have not reaped its benefits and probably will not.
When it comes to the implementation of the constitution, the current parties and government and the previous governments have also been very weak in this regard. Article 140A of the Constitution which states that the local body system should function like a self-governing system, but no political party has tried to create such a system. In this regard, the credit that can be given to President General Zia-ul-Haq and President General Pervez Musharraf in the past years does not belong to anyone, while President General Ayub Khan established a system of basic democracies in United Pakistan. Political parties had agreed to establish a local government system in the 1973 constitution, but they do not follow it. Similarly, Article 19-A of the Constitution, Right to Know, is also not ready to be given by the government to the people. Information commissions have been formed in the provinces and also in the federal government, but the government and semi-government departments do not accept the orders of these bodies.
The letters written to the departments under Right to Information are not answered and when the Information Commission interrogates them, they do not give importance. Thus, the record of the governments in terms of implementing and implementing the constitution is not very good. There is no other aspect of interest in the 26th constitutional amendment apart from the appointment of the judges. On the suggestion of Maulana Fazlur Rehman, the provision of abolition of interest , (RIBA) has been added as if salt had been added to curry. A constitutional amendment has just been passed and the end of interest , ( RIBA) date has been set at 2028. As if its implementation does not seem certain.
Tehreek-e-Insaf Sindh protested against the detention of Imran Khan, the supremacy of the judiciary and the constitutional amendment at the Empress Market Saddar.

Tehreek-e-Insaf has not yet got the right to protest, which is given to every Pakistani citizen in the constitution of Pakistan that they can protest peacefully and can raise their voices for their rights in addition to the struggle for their rights. Tehreek-e-Insaf leaders criticized the Sindh government for not giving them democratic rights. The Sindh government should look into the demand of Tehreek-e-Insaaf in this regard as all other parties and groups are taking out rallies. The People's Party itself has held a public meeting in Hyderabad.
New records of index are being established in Pakistan Stock Exchange. The index has crossed the psychological threshold of 86,000 but surprisingly, the value of the shares in the Pakistan Stock Exchange is 38 billion dollars. While in the past, the market of Pakistan has been around one hundred billion dollars. While the index in 2017 was less than half of that. According to economists, the reason for this is the huge decline in the value of the Pakistani rupee. At the moment, the index is setting a record, which is taking place in Pakistani rupees. But the market value is very low. Pakistan has to emphasize on increasing its foreign exchange reserves so that the value of Pakistani rupee improves. However, business is being done only in the shares of certain companies, unless there is improvement in industry, trade and agriculture, the economy will not improve.

Dr. Shahnawaz of Umarkot, who has been confirmed to have been killed in police custody and the police officers have been suspended, are facing an inquiry as well. In this regard, tolerance march was announced by civil society organizations belonging to Sindh. The participants of the march were supposed to come from Clifton Teen Talwar to Press Club Karachi, but Tehreek Labeik had announced to take out the Namos Risalat Rally and they also asked their workers to reach Clifton Teen Talwar. In this way, two groups with different ideas had given an indication of protest against the killing of Dr. Shahnawaz according to their position.
Dr. Shahnawaz was declared as an insolent apostle and was then handed over to the police but later the police framed him as a police encounter and took his life, but activists of religious groups also interfered in his burial, and his dead body was also desecrated, he was cremated, almost 80% of the burnt body was buried by the family with the help of the administration. According to reliable sources, the workers of the religious groups garlanded the police officers and congratulated them. The police officers should have been careful about this. Now that the civil society was gathering to protest it, activists of religious groups also reached there, surely their protest can be considered in support of the police.
The protestors reached outside the Karachi Press Club, staged a sit-in, and shouted slogans against the Sindh government and the leadership of the People's Party. The police and the district administration failed to handle the matter amicably. The lathi charge by the police worsened the situation and the area began to present a battlefield . Surprisingly, if a political party applies for a protest procession, rally or Jalsa, the Sindh administration rejects it, but for this type of protest, the opponents are also provided an opportunity to protest at the same place. Since police officers were involved in the incident, the attitude of the police was lenient towards activists of religious groups, but the tolerance movement was excessively harsh.
Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has indicated in his tweet that in 1931, Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah kept demanding a constitutional Supreme Court, but the then British government did not accept his demand. Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah distrusted the oppressive system of British rule and demanded separate decisions on constitutional matters. Now that we are living in the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, are our conditions similar to those of the British Empire that we should come up with this solution? We also have a federal Shariah court, if any Shariah problem arises, it can be approached. Do we really need a Constitutional Supreme Court? It should be debated in Parliament. If the public representatives deem it necessary, it should be implemented.
The federal ministers have met the delegation of MQM on the constitutional amendment and also discussed their other demands in which the local government system has been emphasized. After this meeting, it seems that MQM will not make any rhetoric regarding the constitutional amendment but will fully support the government.
There is much ambiguity regarding the final draft of the constitutional amendment. So far no party has been able to claim that it has the final draft. Even now three to four drafts are in circulation. Maulana Fazlur Rahman's party is still facing stiff opposition and a draft has been presented by him which is being discussed with the People's Party.
After the Shanghai Cooperation Organization meeting, the federal government intends to work on this proposed constitutional amendment with full force. Allegations of harassment and pressure have been leveled by Tehreek-e-Insaf MNA's while some members have also alleged that they have been offered huge sums of money. Speaker National Assembly and Chairman Senate should definitely take notice in this regard.
For the improvement of democracy in Pakistan, it is important that political parties get an opportunity to work and that political workers do not face any kind of violence and oppression, otherwise it will be difficult to nurture democratic traditions. Enforced disappearances are already causing a lot of problems, now if the members of the assembly are also falling victim to it, then the image of the state will deteriorate further.

Miscreants attacked a convoy of Port Qasim Electric Power Company near Karachi Airport and as a result three persons lost their lives, two of whom have been identified as Chinese nationals. The explosion was very loud, its sound was heard in many areas of Karachi city, vehicles were engulfed in fire at the place of the explosion, an oil tanker was also hit, several people were injured in this explosion, Jinnah Hospital. Accordingly, eleven people were brought to the emergency room in injured condition.
After this severe explosion, the Sindh administration could not clarify the situation until late at night, while the Karachi police failed to determine the explosion. The DIG Police also avoided the final discussion. The media was informed about the death of foreigners. Sindh Governor and Provincial Home Minister visited the scene but even then the government's position was not clear.
In such a situation, the Ministry of Home Affairs and the Police should have avoided showing ignorance through the media and should have spoken to the media when complete information was available.
Majeed Brigade of Balochistan's separatist organization "Baloch Liberation Army (BLA)" claimed responsibility for the incident. They admitted on Twitter X that they had carried out the attack. BLA operations are increasing day by day and Chinese experts are particularly targeted. BLA has carried out several operations in Balochistan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Sindh. But the intelligence network could not stop their activities.
Although the Chinese government expresses full confidence in Pakistan's security agencies, informed sources say they want to leverage intelligence sharing in the network to protect its citizens and projects. But till now there are different views on it in the institutions of both the countries. Although there is ongoing cooperation between Pakistan's security agency, the Intelligence Bureau, and the Chinese Ministry of Intelligence (Ministry of State Security), there is cooperation in controlling terrorism.
The terrorist attack by BLA is very significant ahead of the meeting of Shanghai Cooperation Organization, although the organization's high-level summit will be held in Islamabad, but the attack in Karachi, Pakistan's largest industrial and commercial city, is unlikely to affect the meeting. Security is a special agenda in the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, which includes countering terrorism, separatism and extremism. But the outlook of Chinese Govt is related to the Geo Economics thats why their model to deal with friends and foes are different as compared to the US .The United State's polices are related to Geo Political .
Religious scholar Dr. Zakir Naik is currently on a visit to Pakistan. He also gave a lecture at Governor House Sindh on the invitation of the Governor of Sindh and answered the questions of the audience. There has been a lot of discussion in the social media on the question of a girl from KPK to Dr. Zakir Naik, in which she raised her voice on the mistreatment of children in the Pakhtun society, but instead of answering it, Dr. Zakir Naik kept making it a target for criticism. But even that he have been widely accepted as Mentor about Islamic thoughts. Dr. Zakir Abdul Karim Naik  was born on 18 October 1965 in Mumbai, he got MBBS  degree in Medicine. While he  is the founder of  Peace TV which broadcasts programs in Urdu, Bangla and Chinese languages. But it is banned in many countries. Dr. Zakir Naik was on a visit to Malaysia in 2016 when he was accused of money laundering in India and did not return to India. Having settled permanently in Malaysia, he has millions of fans and listeners on social media.
October 7 , has been observed  as Palestine Day. Jamaat-e-Islami organized a big rally on this occasion, which was addressed by the central leader of Jamaat-e-Islami. On October 7 last year, Hamas attacked Israel and then Israel till now killed thousands of people, including Hamas, Iran and Hezbollah figures. Palestinians have been killed and the war does not seem to be over yet.
Amir Jamaat-e-Islami had also met the Prime Minister of Pakistan along with Bilawal Bhutto Zardari in Islamabad. Why did he meet to  the Prime Minister with Bilawal Bhutto Zardari or on his recommendation? Have Jamaat-e-Islami and People's Party come closer? The two parties did not answer this question, but the Jamaat-e-Islami and Tehreek-e-Insaaf has definitely become indifferent to the protests. A Palestinian conference was held in the President's House in Islamabad, in which Israel's barbaric bombardment was not condemned, which killed thousands of people in Gaza.
They have been martyred.
People's Party and Muslim League-N are making strenuous efforts for constitutional amendment, it is possible that People's Party has also taken Jamaat-e-Islami into confidence for constitutional amendment and constitutional Supreme Court.
MQM, from which the allies are not asking anything, Dr. Maqbool Siddiqui has stated that if the constitutional amendment is shown to him, then he will discuss it, since MQM has lost its street power. The negotiating power has also ended. Politically MQM's helplessness is surprising, it is not in a position to do anything even if it wants to, it will have to work on localities in Karachi and Hyderabad  again to improve it.

Karachi Political Diary

 Karachi Political Diary

In the Sindh Assembly, the resolution has passed  to pay the tribute to the martyrs of the Movement for the Restoration of Democracy MRD. The movement for restoration of democracy started in Sindh and Punjab in 1983. Former Prime Minister Zulfikar Ali Bhutto was hanged on April 4, 1979. President General Zia-ul-Haq held a referendum in 1984 December 19 and got five years of power for himself as a result of a ridiculous question.
The People's Party started a movement together with a few other parties, General Zia-ul-Haq took control in Punjab province, many Punjabis were allotted lands in Sindh province, Balochistan was managed by releasing of those people who were arrested during Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto's regime. Balochistan was prevented from becoming an active part of the MRD by releasing the arrested, while after Russia's intervention in Afghanistan, the Pakhtun people were engaged in Jihad together with the United States. But the movement gained momentum in Sindh province and turned into a civil war. After the failure of the civil administration, General Zia-ul-Haq gave the task to the military. Hundreds of people were killed, many were arrested and many were expelled from the province to crush the MRD rallies.
President General Zia-ul-Haq wisely did not allow GM Syed  the famous Sindhi nationalist Leader, to be a part of this movement. Thus, most of the PPP workers became the fuel of this movement, the migrant community of Karachi was angry with Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto for his policies based on Sindhi language, thus Karachi also did not support the MRD, and the most intense After the violence, President General Zia-ul-Haq was able to control the MRD.
The current situation in Pakistan is also a reflection of 1983. Currently, Sindh is quiet, Punjab has been heavily crashed after the February 8 election, but this process has been going on for two years. There are security issues in Balochistan and there is ongoing tension and political rhetoric between the Federation and Pakhtunkhwa province.
In 1983 there was no social media, the difference now is that, Social media is influencing beyond borders. Former Prime Minister Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto was hanged before the time of MRD, while now the symbol of resistance is former Prime Minister Imran Khan in Adiala Jail. After forty years, the people of Pakistan are running a movement to restore the power and dignity of their vote.
The ruling political coalition includes the People's Party, which founded the MRD and today pays tribute to its martyrs, but supports the creation of a new Supreme Court in the ongoing legal battle over the results of the current election.  The People's Party is calling its past glorious, but in the present era, it does not want to let go of power. It is as if the commitment of ideas is now declared under influence to interests.
Dr. Shahnawaz of Umarkot city of Sindh was killed by the police on the grounds that he was a satanist, but after investigation, he was killed as part of a plan, it has been proved. Police officers have been suspended. But the danger is that forgiveness will be obtained by putting pressure on the relatives as before happened in many cases.
In the Standing Committee on Justice and Parliamentary Affairs of the National Assembly, there was a discussion to extend the quota system in Sindh for another 20 years. MQM members Hasan
Sabir and Hafeezuddin rejected and opposed it, after it was put to a vote, PPP's Naveed Qamar, Nafeesa Shah, Wajiha, Abrar Shah along with JUIF's Alia Kamran voted in favor, according to media reports.  PTI member Ali Muhammad Khan also voted in favor of extending the quota system. While other PTI members Chairman Gohar, Latif, Umeer, Chingiz Khan opposed, after which the proposal was postponed. Surprisingly JUIF creates problems for PPP in Larkana in Sindh and PTI member Ali Mohammad Khan presents himself as a very revolutionary leader. He makes emotional speeches in the House but seems to stand in support of the quota system which is being misused.
Army Chief General Asim Munir has met businessmen in Karachi and encouraged them. He has expressed his determination that the economy will be restored, although this is not the department of the Army Chief, but he is paying attention to it. The federal government should not hesitate to take tough decisions to revive the economy but should first reduce its spending.
The federal government has claimed that the rate of inflation has come down, while house rent, transport costs, water, milk, electricity, gas, vegetables, pulses, meat and other household items are on record level. The data released by the federal government is not based on the survey of any independent and impartial organization, along with this, people's income has not increased, unemployment has increased. In this situation, the government's claim seems hollow.
Supporters of Palestine held a rally in Karachi on the news of martyrdom of Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah in Beirut, Lebanon. The participants of the rally wanted to go to the US consulate Karachi but clashed with the police. The participants of the rally were shelled, injuring several people.
Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf also organized a rally for the release of Imran Khan. This time the provincial leadership and other leaders participated in the rally. As if PTI also melted the ice by protesting.
The banking sector in Pakistan has started extorting billions of rupees from account holders in the name of service charges. Annual fees for ATM cards and credit cards have been hiked, much to the charges of consumers. Commercial banks themselves deduct money from the account on an annual basis. The State Bank is turning a blind eye to the rights of consumers in this regard, while the Ministry of Finance has also remained silent.

The Sindh Assembly Speaker Owais Qadir Shah, like the Speakers of the National Assembly and the Punjab Assembly, has also written a letter to the Election Commission of Pakistan stating that the amended Election Act is in force, so the Election Commission has a duty to Respect sovereignty. Keep in mind the independence of the Parliament while deciding the reserved seats.

Following these lines, questions have also arisen as to why and how the previous decisions of the Supreme Court were applied to the legislation of the Parliament. The highest court of the country has the right to suspend or uphold the constitution and legislation of the parliament.
Being a graduate was the first condition for the 2002 assembly, but the 2008 elections were also held under the same condition, but in April 2008, the Supreme Court of Pakistan abolished the condition of being a graduate. At that time Chief Justice was Abdul Hameed Dogar ,And during the period of his advocacy, he continued to perform professional services in Khairpur along with Syed Qaim Ali Shah. The decision of the Supreme Court of Pakistan was not challenged by the federal government . At that time Yusuf Raza Gilani was the Prime Minister, after the same decision Asif Ali Zardari was elected as the President of the country. In all the elections that have been held since then, only non-graduate candidates are becoming members of the assembly. This is an example of the priority given to the decisions of the Supreme Court.
A seminar on energy crisis in Pakistan was organized in collaboration with Karachi Editors Club and DHA SUFFA University. In which the former chairman of FBR Shabbar Zaidi participated as the chief guest and said in his address that the energy crisis in Pakistan is of a political nature, economic decisions are influenced by politics. This is the major problem of the country. He said that despite the lack of capacity in the transmission line, power plants were installed with imported coal in 2013, which was not decided considering the country's need.
From the seminar, ex-minister and ex-chairman of PSO Sohail Wajahat said that the energy crisis cannot be fixed without correcting the economy, in fact we have made wrong decisions in the economy due to which we are facing energy and currency crisis today.
Malik Khuda Bakhsh, the leader of the Petroleum Dealers Association, blamed the lack of policy continuity for the destruction of the CNG sector. He said that billions of rupees were invested in the CNG sector, but due to the crisis in this sector, the investors suffered a lot. Policy continuity is essential to revive the economy and tackle the energy crisis.
Abubakar Ismail Energy Expert discussed the problems faced by the industry and emphasized on improving power transmission. The energy crisis is certainly a testament to the failures of our policies. Political governments set up power plants for their own interests. There should be a full forensic audit of the energy sector, after which whoever committed the corruption should be truly punished.
The number of Chicken Gounia patients are increasing in Karachi. This disease is found in the coastal areas, the city of Karachi was affected by it for more than a few years, this disease causes pain in the whole body and especially in the joints, while the person suffers from severe headache.
Although the Sindh government is trying to take measures to treat it, but more people are relying on private treatment. On the filth of the city of Karachi, the area has become a Garbage ground. The local bodies have not yet been able to take effective measures, the claims of the provincial government are in place but in every street and neighborhood there is a Kuchra Kundi which is the reason why diseases are affecting every house. Waste management system needs to be improved.
According to media reports, the son of Karachi University's slain Professor Shakeel Auj has applied to the Sindh High Court to re-investigate the murder. Professor Shakeel Auj who was 54 years old, was shot dead on September 18, 2014. He was the Dean of the Faculty of Islamic Studies, Karachi University.
The son of the deceased says that despite the passage of ten years, he did not get justice. Many questions arise on the justice system of Pakistan. A well-known figure who was shot on the road in broad daylight, his murder is a mystery. Delay in justice is equal to crisis in justice.

The Sindh Information Department organized a program in memory of the martyrs on the occasion of Defense Day, in which the families of the martyrs participated. It is not possible to give an example of those who sacrificed for the defense of the country, while being the heir of the martyrs is also a matter of pride.

An adjournment motion was tabled in the Sindh Assembly regarding the implementation of the water distribution agreement reached in 1991. The federal government is being asked to present a policy in this regard, in this context the Sindh Assembly authorizes the federal government to make a policy, the resolution was unanimously approved.
Member of the Sindh Assembly Muhammad Farooq, who belongs to Jamaat-e-Islami, raised the question under the attention notice that from where the robbers in Sindh get modern weapons and why the unrest could not be controlled. In response to this, Interior Minister Zia Linjar said that a lot of actions have been taken against the robbers, while some robbers uploaded their videos using social media ,he claimed that they were getting weapons from police ,it was the allegation of a dacoit but even the police could not adequately answer it.
According to the provincial interior minister, people are trapped, robbers make phone calls to citizens, it is surprising that robbers are using mobile phones freely in Kacha area.
The leader of the opposition in the Sindh Assembly has once again criticized the Sindh government and said that the provincial government is destroying the local bodies. By appointing focal persons in the districts, the importance of local representatives has been further reduced, the situation in Hyderabad has worsened due to rains while the mayor of Karachi only works to maintain Shahrah-e-Faisal. The demand for empowerment of local bodies is also raised from the public level, but it does not seem to be happening. The local bodies will be empowered only when resources are transferred to them. The Sindh government should make the Provincial Finance Commission active, so that regular share in the development program for other districts can be allocated in the budget.
Senior provincial minister Sharjeel Inam Memon has warned drug sellers across the province that raids will be conducted wherever there is information that ice or hashish is being sold. He said that the woman who killed a  father and her daughter by hitting the car on Karsaz was also intoxicated, the question arises as to how such a dangerous drug is so easily available throughout the city. Why is the police system failing to control it? There is police patrolling while the complete report and information of each police station limits are obtained by the police from various sources, but still the criminals are doing their work. To stop the patronage of influential people, there is a need for changes in the way of working, due to outdated procedures criminals are doing their job and destroying the youth generation.
It has been revealed in Public Accounts Committee, Sindh that K Electric is in default of Sindh Government, electricity duty is collected from consumers in electricity bills, but this duty has not been paid by K Electric to the government for many years. was informed by him that he lacked funds, hence the payment was not being made. Chairman Public Accounts Committee Sindh issued a show cause notice to the CEO of K Electric. Surprisingly, K Electric is already a defaulter of the Sindh Government and Karachi Metropolitan nevertheless entered into an agreement with K Electric to pay the KMC charges in their bills. KMC should collect the charges. Why did the Sindh government allow KMC to enter into such a contract with an already insolvent institution?
The details of the province-wide solarization program have been brought forward by the Chief Minister of Sindh, in which it has been revealed that there are 2.6 lakh households in the province of Sindh who do not have access to electricity. It is a fundamental right. Villages that are far from the national grid have difficulty getting electricity, they have the first right to solar power panels, but they live at a very low level of poverty. It is not difficult to estimate the ability of these families to operate the solar panel subsidy that the Sindh government is giving, so attention should also be paid to increasing the employment opportunities of these people. Along with providing electricity to these people, there should also be a plan to train them. The number of people living below the poverty line is increasing.

Accidents happened to pilgrim buses in Iran and Balochistan, the first accident happened in the city of Yazd in Iran in which the pilgrims were from different cities of Sindh. The dead bodies of 28 people and other injured persons were brought to Jacobabad Shahbaz Airbase by a special Air Force plane where Provincial Minister Nasir Shah received the dead bodies which were handed over to the next of kin after mass funeral prayers. The Sindh government has announced assistance to the martyred pilgrims and the injured. The accident took place due to speeding, similarly an accident took place near Lasbela, in which martyred pilgrims belonged to Punjab province. Here also speeding has been mentioned as the cause of the accident. Pilgrim caravans depart from different cities but have to cover a long distance. Therefore, the condition of the vehicle and the experience of the drivers are essential. Most of the drivers are not fully aware of the routes between Balochistan and Iran, so organizers of pilgrim caravans should pay special attention to this while making insurance of pilgrims mandatory.
In Balochistan, there was firing on the security at Kalat, where martyrdoms took place, while at Musa Khel, the buses were stopped and the identity cards of the passengers who belonged to Punjab province were checked, they were killed and the buses were also burnt.  Incidents of this nature have happened before, the security agencies will have to be very active in controlling this kind of terrorism.
There should be a dialogue with the intellectuals and journalists of Balochistan, especially the intellectuals and journalists of the Punjab province and other provinces as well, but there should be no dialogue with the terrorists, strict action should be taken against them.
MQM-Pakistan, though part of the federal government, has yet to form an effective opposition in the Sindh Assembly. There have been, but they are not getting public acceptance. Jamaat-e-Islami is trying to continue its protest, and will called for a strike again on August 28, while the leadership of Jamaat-e-Islami has not been able to satisfy the people on the questions related to their Islamabad sit-in.
The leadership of Tehreek-e-Insaf Sindh is not visible to the public, the provincial leadership of PTI has gone too far on the back foot, due to which PTI workers in Karachi have gone to despair.
According to media reports, former president Dr. Arif Alvi has been tasked to resolve internal differences among PTI leaders, and a committee has also been formed with him. It also seems possible that progress will be made in bringing back those who left the party in hard times. There have also been reports about the former governor of Sindh Muhammad Zubair that he intends to join Tehreek-e-Insaaf. Even if the former president succeeds in doing the task, the workers of Punjab and Sindh will benefit more.  Dr. Alvi is still reluctant to meet the media, he also spends most of his time at his dental clinic.
Chelum Imam Hussain procession, religious groups clashed in Golimar, a densely populated area of Karachi, and two people lost their lives, spreading tension throughout the area. Although the administration brought the situation under control, the effects of tension were also seen in the Chehlam procession. Religious events, processions and rallies are very sensitive events and in this regard all schools of thought should not violate the code of conduct. Organizers of religious events also sometimes look helpless as the presence of emotional people in the common people also worsens the situation. Scholars also have a responsibility to refrain from giving speeches on provocative material.
The severe wave of terrorism in the country, inflation and the day-by-day increase in energy prices have increased the difficulties for the people. The government's policy of raising revenue from energy prices has destroyed the country's business. The common man and even the special businessman have failed to control their expenses. Business should have been made easy, but it has become difficult for people to live here. So far, the government has not been able to set a clear agenda for the recovery of the economy. The IMF's executive board is expected to approve the loan in September, but the government has so far been reluctant to cut back on its wasteful spending, making recovery difficult.

After a huge public gathering with Olympian Arshad Nadeem by the Governor of Sindh and showering of prizes, finally, the Chief Minister of Sindh also specially invited Arshad Nadeem to the Chief Minister's House and on the occasion of the Sindh Cabinet meeting, he awarded Olympian Arshad Nadeem with prizes. It was also announced that a selected city road will be dedicated to Arshad Nadeem' name while full cooperation will be given to him for the sports academy. The Pakistani hero is getting immense appreciation. In Sindh province there is a lot of government land on Karachi-Hyderabad Motorway, the provincial government should build an Olympic sports academy to train the youth from all over the province, thus many new talents will emerge in the future.

The Sindh Cabinet has approved many new projects, especially the allotment of space for three solar parks, once again there is a fear of resource wastage due to lack of planning in solarisation. Big Space should not be reserved for Solar parks because most of the domestic consumers and industry are also using their rooftops to get solar power, which does not require transmission lines, so it is not wise to spend resources on building solar parks. , while large housing societies can also get solar energy using their boundary, land is a very valuable commodity, should ensure to  increase agricultural production which could be  more beneficial, but like IPPs, solar is a costly move.
The Punjab government has announced the subsidy on the per unit price of electricity, the leaders of MQM Pakistan have strongly criticized and demanded that the subsidy be given to the entire country. Statements have also been exchanged between Mustafa Kamal and Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz. Dr. Farooq Sattar has also criticized his coalition head party, MQM leaders say that more tax is being collected from Karachi but the announcement to give electricity subsidy only to  the consumers of Punjab is clearly excessive. It was that PML-N chief Mian Nawaz Sharif announced it. He has been the prime minister of the country and now he is also the president of the ruling party, he could not be expected to speak only for the people of one province but it is also a fact that his party is limited to Punjab only. Its position in the provinces is negligible, so it has tried to strengthen its position in Punjab.
Amir Jamaat-e-Islami Hafiz Naeem Rehman announced a nationwide strike on 28 August, although his sit-in in Islamabad failed to achieve its goals, ending in a surprising two-week period.A few days later, Hafiz Naeem Rehman remained absent from the scene, it is speculated that there was internal dissension in his party, but the government succeeded in sending him home without conceding any of his demands. Now they are calling for a renewed protest. It seems very difficult for the public to accept them more, some trade associations will support them but they will face difficulties, August 28 will be a Saturday, the corporate sector will be closed anyway, so he Have chosen a safe day for his success.
Monsoon rains have intensified across the country. 189 people have died across the country due to the rains of the last six weeks, while another series of torrential rains continues. Sukkur and Larkana division have received heavy rains and last 77 years record has been broken in Sukkur. Life system has been paralyzed, dam  near Khairpur has broken water has come to urban areas. The victims of the last rains have not been fully settled yet, it was announced to build a house for them but that project has not started yet. Although the Sindh Cabinet has discussed it, many people are still homeless, now heavy rains have started, this series will also come in Hyderabad and Karachi, but despite the government's claims, no major steps are seen.
Although other political activities in the city of Karachi are muted as the camps of the opposition Tehreek-e-Insaaf seem to be completely silent, their leaders at all levels are not fully in the limelight, due to which other workers are also not active. But Sindh Governor Kamran Tesori created a stir in the stagnant water with his powerful speech.  According to him, Nizam e Mustafa is not prevailing in the country, so we are facing problems, while there were many times in the news to remove me, but I believe that power is not important, public service is important. I got the governorship on the 12th of Rabi'ul Awwal and it was a blessing for me.
